Invisible Warriors is a for-profit, mission-driven business based in Illinois. We exist to support children and families impacted by congenital heart disease (CHD through awareness, tangible support programs, and milestone-based research funding.

 

While our mission is rooted in advocacy and support, Invisible Warriors is not a nonprofit organization, and donations are not tax-deductible.

 Donations & Fund Allocation

 

All donations made to Invisible Warriors support our mission and programs as outlined on our website.

 

Typical allocation of unrestricted donations:

    •    70% to programs supporting CHD families and research

    •    20% to operations and staffing

    •    10% to growth and contingency funding

 

When a donor selects a specific program, 100% of that contribution is allocated to that program.

 

Important Disclosures:

    •    Contributions do not create any expectation, entitlement, or guarantee of assistance to any individual, family, or research partner.

    •    Donation amounts, timing, and allocation decisions are made at the sole discretion of Invisible Warriors.

    •    Donations are non-refundable.

Invisible Warriors provides assistance through vendor-based programs, which may include:

    •    Medical equipment purchased directly from approved vendors

    •    Gas cards or transportation support

    •    Payment of qualifying household bills through service providers

    •    Funeral or memorial service expenses paid directly to vendors

    •    Physical goods such as bears, blankets, and comfort items

 

We do not provide direct cash assistance to families.

 

Program Eligibility & Approval:

    •    All assistance decisions are made at the sole discretion of Invisible Warriors.

    •    Assistance may be limited, modified, delayed, or declined without obligation to provide justification.

    •    Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or funding.
