Until We Meet Again is a memory bear program created specifically for families who have lost a child to Congenital Heart Disease.

We believe that no parent should have to grieve empty-handed. These bears are not just stuffed animals — they are a piece of your child. A piece you can hold. A piece that will never leave you.

Every single bear in this program is handcrafted with love, intention, and purpose — because your baby deserved the world, and you deserve something to hold while you wait to see them again.

💙 Your child's birth weight embroidered on the right foot — forever remembered

💙 A heart pillow — hand-stitched and held by the bear, just for them

💙 A heart organ outline with veins — a tribute to the heart that fought so hard

💙 A sound recording built inside the bear — featuring your child's heartbeat recorded before they passed. If a recording is unavailable, mama can record a lullaby she used to sing to her baby, so her voice lives inside forever.

This program is entirely funded by donations. Every dollar contributed goes directly toward providing a bear to a CHD family who has experienced the unimaginable loss of their child.
